We want you to love your fragrance experience with us. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.

Returns

We offer a 30-day return policy, meaning you have 30 days from the date you receive your order to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

• Unused and unopened

• In their original packaging with tags/seals intact

• Accompanied by proof of purchase or receipt

Due to hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used fragrance products, oils, mists, candles, wax melts, and personal care items cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.

We are unable to offer refunds or exchanges based on:

• Personal scent preference

• Allergic reactions or sensitivities

• Minor packaging variations

How to Start a Return

To request a return, please contact us at abbiescent1@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.

If your return is approved, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your package.

Returns sent without first contacting us will not be accepted.

Damaged, Faulty, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us within 48 hours if your item arrives damaged, leaking, defective, or incorrect.

To help us resolve the issue quickly, please include:

• Your order number

• A description of the issue

• Clear photos of the product and packaging

If approved, we will arrange a replacement, refund, or exchange where appropriate.

Non-Returnable Items

We cannot accept returns for:

• Opened or used fragrance products

• Personal care goods

• Custom or personalised products

• Perishable goods

• Hazardous materials or flammable liquids/gases

• Sale items

• Gift cards

Exchanges

The quickest way to exchange an item is to return the original product (if eligible) and place a new order separately once your return has been approved.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect.

We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.

European Union – Right of Withdrawal

If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel your order at any time before it is fulfilled, or to return it within 30 days of delivery of the last item in your order, in line with EU consumer protection laws.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you can initiate a return or cancellation directly from your order confirmation page, or contact us at abbiescent1@gmail.com with your order number.

Please note the following conditions apply:

• Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging with seals intact.
• Due to hygiene and safety reasons, sealed fragrance and personal care products that have been opened after delivery are exempt from the right of withdrawal. This exemption applies only where you were clearly informed before purchase that the right of withdrawal would not apply once the seal was broken.
• A £7.99 flat-rate return shipping fee applies per return.
• A 5% restocking fee may apply.

Refunds, including original outbound shipping costs, will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days of us receiving and inspecting the returned item.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you whether your refund has been approved.

If approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that banks and card providers may take additional time to process the refund.
