1. View Your Orders in Your Account

The easiest way to track your order is through your Abbie Scent account, where you can see real-time order status and fulfilment updates.

2. Use Your Carrier Tracking Link

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing a direct tracking link from the carrier (Royal Mail or Yodel).

• Open your shipping confirmation email from Abbie Scent.
• Click the Track Your Shipment link to visit the carrier's tracking page.
• Enter your tracking number if prompted — it will be shown in the same email.
